  • In order to strengthen its relationship with colleges and universities in UAE, Mashreq signed a multi-faceted Memorandum of understanding with the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT), Zayed University and has established a number of tailored programmes for students to give them working benefits and experience while studying.


  • Mashreq Al Mustaqbal Program - Business leaders of tomorrow

    Mashreq Al Mustaqbal aims to induct high caliber UAE national graduates into the bank across different businesses and fast track their growth to middle management positions over a period of one year.

    Programme Information:
    • 1 year duration
    • Hired as 'Management Trainees'

    Eligibility Criteria:
    • Recent HD/Bachelor Graduates
    • Minimum 3.0 GPA
    • Excellent communication skills in English
    • Leadership potential

    The Process:
    • Candidates that fit the preliminary requirements will sit for an objective assessment
    • Successful shortlisted candidates will have a panel interview
    • Training will be conducted in 3 phases:
      • Phase 1 - Comprehensive Classroom Inputs (1 month)
      • Phase 2 - Structured on-the-job training (6 months)
      • Phase 3 - Dedicated Mentoring/Coaching & Development (5 months)
